FEES The Tenancy Agreement will be set up on an initial 6 months fixed term period. Full references are required prior to any agreement being approved. An application fee is charged to the tenant at a cost of 78.00 (inc VAT) per applicant. If the applicant is requiring a guarantor, a full reference is required for the guarantor at a cost of 42.00 (inc VAT). In the event that references are not satisfactory these fee's are non refundable. On satisfactory receipt of references an administration fee of 180.00 (inc VAT) is required from the tenant/s for the tenancy agreement to be created. Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order, date will be confirmed with both landlord and tenant. Unless otherwise stated, rent is exclusive of all other out goings.
